I had never returned to this restaurant, knowing him simply with a reputation by friends, very surprised at his 20th place on cogolin while he would deserve to be the 1st, when the elegant and sober decoration in the restaurant puts you at ease and what to say of the charming welcome of the hostess. The meal was perfect (snails do not dip butter but delicious seasoning, divine calf ris), a classic but very well mastered kitchen. a very successful evening to redo.
Please, sir, don't take your retreat right away!Good entries with a very complete slate of the day, dishes of traditions perfectly executed....Lamb mouse is divine, the calf coast is a must !in dessert, I recommend the white mountain. If we love the brown cream of course... we go the eyes closed.
