If you are in town and want to have a good German traditional experience, I recommend this place. The scavenger (Pork fillet with bread crumbs and friend) it is amazing. I ordered one to bring the mushroom cream sauce with pieces of bacon, which I strongly recommend...and ask to change the french fries for roast potatoes (pan-fried potato slices with bacon and onions). This is super tasty and good price. The restaurant was also nicely furnished, very cozy and warm and the service was friendly.

I went there with my wife for an evening meal. First time visit. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They speak a little English. They explain the menu as much as possible. Nice ambiance, quality and size of the meals were very good. Only downside is that they don't take credit card. I would strongly recommend this restaurant and I would come back in the future.

We were very impressed by the value and quality of food. Very great meal we couldn't all eat. Beautiful atmosphere and helpful staff. Very recommended.
