I really enjoy shopping at Whole Foods, but I think it would be helpful if someone greeted customers with a map of the aisles or even provided a digital version. I had a frustrating experience with the customer service at this restaurant. Every time I visit, I encounter long checkout lines because only one or two registers are open for those with more than 15 items. Just yesterday, there was only a single checkout lane available. On top of that, prices have been rising dramatically. For instance, Amy's soup was $3.69 per can last week, but yesterday it skyrocketed to $5.29. I would rate this store less than one star if I could.
I appreciated that there were no panhandlers outside the store. However, the customer service area was quite chaotic, with returns mixed in with employee applications in a disorganized line. It took a lot longer than expected to return some unwanted keto snacks, even though I had the receipt. The hot foods bar was tidier at 2 PM than it was yesterday at 4 PM. The chicken tikka masala, priced at $12 per pound, was delicious.

On a positive note, the management has finally introduced a self-checkout station, which has put an end to the long wait times. I can now get in and out of the store in under twenty minutes! Pro tip: The Amazon locker feature is a game-changer. You can pick up groceries and grab an Amazon package in a single trip. How convenient is that!
This is the cleanest Whole Foods store I have ever visited. The staff is consistently very friendly and eager to assist. The long lines that used to be a problem have greatly diminished since they added a self-checkout lane, significantly reducing foot traffic.
I was staying at a nearby hotel and grabbed some breakfast items from this market. It was a bit crowded, but easy to get to on foot. They had all the essentials, and the location was very convenient.
This store location is so poorly managed. The entire leadership team should be fired. Not staffing to the price levels is absurd. There are never even half of the registers open

The cashier was quite rude—there was no greeting, no smile, nothing at all. She tossed my meat on the counter carelessly and roughly. I won't be coming back.
