Allmendhuisli - Reservar una mesa

Here on arrival in Switzerland. We didn't know where to go, but we've been through this country-side restaurant. Our server did not speak much English, but was very patient with us. We had to use our Google translator to find out what to order because there was no English menu. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. This is a good stop for a good meal! I wish I had made a picture of the menu because I can't tell you what they were called. The first was ham and Swiss cheese over toast, the second was a pig carving and the third was their version of chicken nuggets.

If you want to eat fresh cow meat, served as rare I served (with a hot stone, where you finish cooking the fresh meat yourself) plus delicious spring patè, then this is the place.

Have had food here a couple of times. Very nice place on the highway. Extended opening hours. Child friendly. And super awesome staff. Highly recommended!
