I went to the restaurant by myself with my 2-year-old daughter on a Monday morning. It was far from full, yet we waited over an hour for an omelet and a small pancake. My waitress lacked empathy and blamed the kitchen staff for the delays, but I noticed that two couples from her section got fed up and left. Additionally, she made several mistakes with my order; I asked for roasted potatoes but received mashed potatoes topped with cheese instead. I was never offered a coffee refill and didn't receive my toast with the meal either. Not a busy day on a Monday. Not a lot of people and not a lot of waitress for a slow day. It’s been 50 minutes that we were seated and we still hadn’t had our order. People after us got their order first. We confronted the waitress about the situation, she totally agreed and apologized for the wait. She was explaining how the chefs in the kitchen were the ones to blame for the lateness and apologized again. The waitress very nice but the kitchen chefs needs to be worked on. The waitress were having multiple complains from other customers and again they were nice to give us a discount because of this situation.

Service was all over the place and very long. We were served before another table that was there way before us, and two others had to leave. Looks like nobody had no clue of what was happening. They made a mistake for my egg, asked for scrambled and got turned over. Also, whipped cream is not English cream, why bother putting it on the menu if you don't know what it is. The mashed potatoes were awful, tasted like old faucet water and got us sick. The waffles were kind of wet and tasted microwaved. Do not recommend....

Our waiter was overwhelmed, no manager or help.. very understaffed, our waiter was very nice but did t have time to check on us , forgot my daughter milkshake since no one was there to make them, worst allomoncoco by far .. I would go out my way to never go again.. the owner needs to wake the up… food was dry cuz it stayed on the pass… giving a bad name to the brand.. very bad Reserva una mesa ahora

I’ve been visiting this location with my grandma every few months for the past seven years whenever I come to town. The staff is exceptional and very friendly, and they are always understanding of my language barrier. The owner, whenever she’s there, always greets us warmly and chats with us. The food is consistently fantastic, making this Baboos' favorite place to dine.

The order took over 30 minutes to arrive, even though the restaurant was nearly empty and fully staffed. When the food finally came, it was cold and greasy. Additionally, there was no hand washing liquid in the restroom. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.

Waitress was alone with another one because 3 didn’t show up . Not the restaurants fault but it was frustrating… she did the best she could .

Sat for 15 minutes before anyone offered us any coffee. Food came after 35 minutes, cold.
