I’m excited about this little gem I recently discovered. This restaurant has been around for a year but still maintains a low profile, which is something I really appreciate in cafes and restaurants. We came across their mouthwatering Instagram page and had to see if those vegan doughnuts were really as amazing as they looked—and thankfully, they were! We visited bright and early on Sunday morning and ordered a vegan ham, cheese, and tomato toastie, a jam doughnut, a ‘not ’tella doughnut, a chai latte, and a long black. I have been stalking their IG for months, drooling over their donuts and toasted vegan sandwiches. And boy am i glad that it tastes just like I imagined. I got the fairy donut for kiddo (frosting tasted like dunkaroos) and a no tella donut for me which was divine. I also tried the chicken, avo cheese toasted sandwich which Tastes exactly like you'd expect my meat eater hubby didn't even realize he was eating a vegan toastie. The place is cute but not much space to eat in.

A number of new eateries have opened along the stretch of the Gold Coast Highway that runs through Mermaid Beach. One of them is the All Time Coffee Company. We stumbled across it by accident on a wander after dining at Muso Ramen. It is quite low-key, just lettering in gold on the darkened glass window announcing the name of the place. It doesn’t grab your attention as you drive by, but if you’re walking past, the people wandering in and out will.

Honestly, I had no idea about the exciting new trend surrounding donuts. Can you believe that some shops had to shut down because the lines for donuts were causing traffic jams? This situation is just as common among vegans as it is in the mainstream dining scene. So here’s a heads-up: steer clear of the frenzied vegan donut fans heading to All-Time Coffee. Great coffee!! Accidentally came across this place when I was looking for donuts at 6 am in the morning to take to work. I ordered 3 jam filled fonts and those were the only ones available the others were still cooking (so you know they are freshly made) the donuts were a hit at work down to the last crumb. Staff were friendly prices were good. Definitely my go to coffee and donut place from now on!

Stumbled upon this place after having had a meal just up the road. They were out of cakes by the time we got there, but the verdict is that they do good coffees. It has a laid-back vibe, so it's a nice place to unwind and catch up with friends on a weekend. The staff were also cheerful and friendly.

This café offers delightful coffee and ample seating options, both indoors in the air-conditioned area and outside. It's also dog-friendly, which is a nice touch. However, I had to deduct a star due to the high prices. They do have a few items on the menu, such as toasties, available.

Went there today for the first time service was great had the banana bread and iced coffee it was amazing i will definately be going back there
