A big disappointment. The service was unacceptably slow and unattentative. The fact that we had waited 1 hour for the oyster is not acceptable in any ways and the main was served 2 hours after we seated. We had to serve water ourselves. We had to ask for beverage menu. We had to wait 15 min every time when we wanted to make an order. The food was really disappointing. The plates(except the pork belly) had no presentation and were either too salty or without salt. The ambiance was terriable. There was no music in the restaurant (I think they just forgot about it because it was put back on again at 10:30 -which was 3 hours after we seated). I have been to Allure a few times, always been amazing food! I recently went with a friend who is vegan, which at most resturants that don't have vegan menu can be very difficult and often have no vegan options at all. On this occasion the service was impeccable, the waiter asked chef and he made an amazing meal for my friend and when it was time for dessert, chef had already made plans for a vegan dessert, again amazing! It was fantastic food, but the service stole the night, thank you to staff at Allure.
My wife and I chose Allure for our one 'special night out ' while we were on holiday and it didn 't disappoint. Very nice ambience inside backed up by excellent service. Oysters for entree were absolutely superb followed by delicious Salmon and Moreton Bay bugs for main. We both finished with a souffle for dessert and walked away very impressed. We will be back when we next return.
it is always a tasty bite at allure. that eating has always been delicious and beautifully presented, and the service is just as excellent! Other people might say the outer is not so tempting, but really if they 're inside, the magic begins and that is all that counts. keep it up, allure!

My Partner and I dined here last week for a child free date night. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was also very good. The sorbet between entree and main the best I have ever had! We are already planning our next visit

really excellent eating. service spotty, but pleasant. the interior is very beautiful; the terrace feels pretty makeshift and not to the quality of eating.
Sadly wasn’t up to their usual standard as I have experienced before however please give them a go!
