Allusion Brewing Company

After an afternoon of going to places that weren’t open, we remembered that this place was nearby. After a recommendation a while ago, we finally made the decision to stop. We waited way to long and should have been coming here for years. The service was excellent and the pours even better. The food was perfect on this brisk, fall day in the burbs of Pittsburgh! Without even knowing it, we have a connection to the assistant brewer and we’re very pleased to tell him how much we appreciated what’s on tap. This is a little bit of a hike from downtown Pittsburgh but we will be back many times more and it certainly should be on your short list of places to take an afternoon trip. Great beers, goo...

The brewery was clean, welcoming, and provided an exceptional experience. One of the standout features was the beer—absolutely fantastic! I couldn't resist ordering "To Fly A Kite," a recipe originally created by Ben Franklin that Brew Master John resurrected for the 21st century. It has notes of blue spruce, which is just amazing! Calling it "awesome" doesn't quite do it justice. The walls are adorned with numerous awards, showcasing the high quality of John's brews. The food menu wasn’t extensive, but it more than made up for its size with exceptional quality. This place is a must-visit for any craft beer enthusiast. You won’t be disappointed. Great job, Allusion!

We are huge fans of Allusion. We really enjoy their strong, full-bodied beers, especially the imperial stouts and IPAs. We're also big fans of the Polish lager. The food is delicious, and the pub has a cozy atmosphere. However, I do need to mention a concern: we purchased several packs of canned beer that included a pumpkin beer and an IPA, and unfortunately, all of them were noticeably flat and not enjoyable to drink. It seems to be an issue with their canning process rather than the beers themselves. We tried our best to sip through them, but in the end, we ended up using them in chili. I hope this issue has been addressed since then.

We stopped at Allusion Brewing because it was on the ‘Pour Tour, so glad we did, definitely one of our favorite stops by far! The atmosphere is great (the history of the building is on the back of the menu). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the beers. The beer was delicious (we had the blueberry cobbler sour). We had already eaten at another stop so we will go back again to try the food and for more great beer! Reserva una mesa ahora

This place is fantastic! I enjoy watching the attractive baristas at work, and the chefs are quite handsome as well. I'm really interested in one of the chefs, whose name I believe is Marion. He's wonderful!

Such a nice place. Good beer try the blue lion which is a strawberry rhubarb sour, or a snowsuit which is a chocolate milk stout. Panini was great too go for the Cuban!We will be back for sure.

Great beer selection. Affordable beautiful interior nice staff trivia nights are fun seating in the front and back food is good.
