We ended up here after our reservation at the sister restaurant Alma was canceled. There were five of us, and we decided to go with a custom menu. The food was delicious, with a wide selection of dishes offered. However, I found the waitress to be a bit shy when I asked her about pricing, and I should have pressed for more clarity. In the end, the bill was much higher than we anticipated, and we ended up taking some food home. The Alma experience is a must-try! First of all, the owners are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. They travel to the Catalonia region in Spain each year to visit wineries, where they find the best white and red wines, as well as mackerel for their restaurant. Their trips to Spain also inspire their dishes, which change with the seasons. The staff is incredible, and the food is so delicious that you'll keep wanting more—especially the churros!
