As an expat it is better if I write this in English, still learning the language...After a nice refreshing walk from the parkingspot in Hausham (45-60 minutes) you get to this pretty pittoresk Almbad, a Berghuette so to say.Greeted extremely friendly by Michi, the manager oand some of the of the staff we settled in for our 2 day business review.What surpised me was that they had a perfect setup for a day-in-the-woods with all colleagues. All facilities suited our group of 20: presentation room, flipcharts etc.Lunch was impeccably served, very nicely decorated with a beautiful smile and then we continued with our work. we were invited to a birthday weekend. on Friday evening and departure on Sunday. the reception on the parking lot as well as in the house was very nice.The evening meal on the arrival day was pre-ordered by the host and the brothzeitbrettl was so far in order - unfortunately very tight and on demand there was also no discount. the breakfast was also manageable, unfortunately nothing was filled up - what was gone was then gone. the evening meal on the second day was as good as possible, but not enough again. on Sunday there was an announced brunch - which consisted of additional whistles and white sausages. in general, in the case of the feeds, the sausage and fish are not cooled on the buff...
the almbad huberspitz is one of my favorite places with a sensational view of the lake. have already spent a few great birthdays up there, as there are still really organic cuisine and everything is homemade, tastes really delicious. the other day was full moon plus star sky, there is a bright light on the lake and you really want to stay up longer. so big praise to the kitchen, the nice hosting and the really stylish alm outfit, the imperial smarrn was after my taste. that there was also a sauna, sauna room, heated wooden tubs standing there was already an surprise, not bad-kalter prosecco in warm tub, that has something. Although the hut itself is very rustic and the location is especially perfect with as much snow as is currently absolutely perfect, the hut has managed to make it through its absolutely unprofessional team and through its impersonal nature that one felt as hospitable unwilling. you were not greeted, nor were there music on the silvester evening or any matching silvester decoration. a shower for 30 people as well as the fact that you only found out before location that you tasted towels and coffee extra for breakfast, have additionally ensured that this was our last silvester at the almbad huberspitz. for 250€ we expect another silvester package. we were on occasion of a birthday party with overnight in the almbad huberspitz and it was an unforgettable celebration in a fantastic location with very nice and attentive service! yes, the rooms are all without your own shower/WC but you are finally on a mountain lodge u not in the hotel. it was all picobello clean, the sauna area - which we visited but did not use - was very nice, as well as the dining rooms and terrace - incl covered outside seat with fireplace! we want to spend there for next year a whole we with friends in this beautiful unattended location with dream view of the schliersee!
Our Bavarian exchange daughter chose the Almbad Huberspitz as a location for her wedding this summer. The venue was beautiful and the three days we had at the Almbad Huberspitz were quiet and the perfect place for a family to the young... Collect and celebrate couples. We arrived on Friday for dinner and left on Sunday after breakfast. The food was wonderful and the service was both personalized and very attentive. We would recommend this location for food, family accommodation and a place to relax while enjoying the nature in the Alps.
I have been driving on the huberspitz for many years, which has become even better off eating and from the service. the new hüttenwirt michi, which the pächter peter kirchberger has hired since märz, has changed a lot to the positive and lives his new task through and through. all my birthday guests were thrilled and for a hut they are still eating, the service and the equipment absolutely top. we all had a wonderful, dreamy, at any time.
have spent a wonderful evening with friends again. we were greeted with a glass of white glowing wine by the house owner. there was a very relaxed atmosphere on the hut. the fine 4-course menu and a romantic torch hike made the evening a beautiful experience. at night, it was possible to enjoy a great view of the fireworks around the lake. adult and children had their fun. thanks to the hüttenwirt and its team!
