Cozy, family-owned Thai restaurant that?s been long-standing in Walnut. My family and I have been coming here for reasonably priced, tasty Thai food. It?s in the Vons complex so there?s plenty of parking and booths inside. We ordered takeout for lunch on a Tuesday and the food was ready in 25 minutes. They take credit cards $10 minimum), otherwise there?s a fee if your order is less than $10. Their weekday lunch specials are a good deal as there?s plenty of food enough so that you can have leftovers for the next day). It comes with a small side salad and fried or steamed rice. The pad thai is my go-to, and comes with chicken and one shrimp. The pad see ew isn?t on the lunch special menu but...
First time here, and the food is really great. I was warned about the long wait, and it's true. As the only table in the restaurant, it took 40min to get our 3 entrées, and appetizer. It looks like it's run by father and son. They even use disposable wares to cut down turnover rate, but the issue is probably their combo menu. Poor chef probably making more dishes than he needs per person.
quite standard 2 items place, the prices have definitely risen over the years. I pulled a menu 5 years ago and the items are all $2-3 more expensive now. overall the amount of food is plentiful, and the service is not ruffles, but friendly. I recommend the chicken catsu with engraving, or the Loco moco, also with engraving
I've been in this place many times and didn't know there was a Thai restaurant. The sign was not visible, but the food was great. It was very delicious. The share was good for the price. Even at the weekend we could get the lunch special

two days ago was the first time we visited this place. But It is no doubt not the last time. We had a good time with the efficient service, with the fine meal and wine and with the comfortable price. We will absolutely visit there soon.
This place used to make good pad see ew but lately the quality of food that they make is not edible. I ordered pad see ew and it was sticky and dry and ended up just throwing it away. They also need to work on their customer service.
Your bbq chicken is my scar. If they could do without marins or spices, I'd be happier, but the portions are good and it's tasty, though... this alone is 5 stars for them.
