Man wählt zuerst ob man Wildreis oder Reis haben möchte, anschließend verschiedene Fischsorten wie Lachs, Thunfisch oder Shrimps, danach 3 Beilagen wie Ananas, Gurken, Edamame, Frühlingszwiebeln, Mango und viele mehr und abschließend noch 3 Toppings wie Nüsse, Kokosraspeln, Goji-Beeren usw. sowie eine von 4 Soßen. Ein sehr schön eingerichteter Laden mit sehr leckerem Essen und einer sehr sehr netten Bedienung. Wir waren das erste Mal dort und waren erstmal von der Auswahl und den verschiedenen Möglichkeiten überrascht. Man nahm sich aber genügend Zeit, um uns das Konzept zu erklären. Eigentlich ganz einfach, aber sehr sehr lecker! Nur die sanitären Anlagen könnten etwas besser beheizt sein. ; Wir kommen auf jeden Fall bald wieder.
