Aloha Sushi - Reserva de mesa

Unfortunately, during this visit, the rice in our rolls seemed undercooked and a bit hard. My partner ordered the Lion King rolls, which are baked, and he also noted that the rice felt hard in that dish as well. Sushi rice should typically be fluffy, cooked, and moist. Additionally, the lemon on my roll tasted off – like the peel had gone bad. As a result, I’ve decided to lower my rating from three stars to two. I ordered from this restaurant based on high recommendations from users on the Nextdoor app, but perhaps I should try dining in instead of using DoorDash. I've ordered sushi through delivery before and haven't been this disappointed.

The food here is nothing like what I experienced just a few years ago. Each time I visit, it seems like the quality of the staff is lowering the quality of the food, which is quite frustrating. Although the fish is usually fresh, the staff often messes up the orders. Nevertheless, they are always polite and friendly. I was really looking forward to taking a friend there for her first visit, but when I asked her what she thought, her response was just a ‘meh,’ and I nodded in agreement. I think it’s time for us to explore new places.

Rating: 8/10 Service: 9/10 Ambiance: 8/10 I stopped by this restaurant on my way back from Reno. Among the sushi spots in the area, this one stood out as the best. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome. The ambiance was also quite pleasant, creating a nice atmosphere for dining. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the area!

I placed a Doordash order about 30 minutes before they stopped taking their last delivery orders, which made me worry about the quality of the food. However, both of my rolls (the veggie and the avocado-kun) were incredibly fresh and full of flavor. I didn't even need to use soy sauce! Reserva una mesa ahora

Aloha Sushi is fantastic! The portions are generous and packed with umami flavor. Their sushi is delicious, and you're sure to leave satisfied. It's a great place with a lively atmosphere, and you can tell they put a lot of care into their food.

The rolls are fantastic and the service is outstanding. I stopped in for lunch while heading to the Bay Area of Tahoe. The rolls were incredibly delicious, and my waitress, Holly D, was exceptional. I enjoyed the best sushi I've ever had!

This restaurant has completely spoiled my previous favorite sushi spot. The rolls were incredible, and the names were delightfully unique. I tried the Puff Daddy and the Folsom Lover, and I savored every moment and every bite!

The service was fast and the food was great, but it's always better enjoyed on-site. I wish there were an option to add a side of spicy mayo, but everything was fantastic!
