Stay away from this place. If I can give 0 stars would!!! They screwed up my order. I specifically asked for NO SAUCE in my Spam musubi, she repeated my order twice (saying yes no sauce). I picked it up and there was sauce! We kindly asked her to remake it and she served us the SAME exact messed up musubi but just scraped off whatever was on the Spam!! What the hell? So you already know they're shady! Not cool. These idiots don't understand and are UNPROFESSIONAL. I mean how much does Spam really cost? (And they charged me over $12) come on!! I'm surprised I have not yelped this place yet. I've been going here since junior year of high school and I'll be thirty this year. The food has progressively decreased in flavor otherwise this would be a 5 star all the way. When I first started going here back in 2010ish the food was amazing!!!! I would go at least a few times a week. The prices were amazing $10 a plate for the Hawaiian bbq mix. Alohana 2010 gets a 5 star. Alohana 2023 is a 3 star. Feels like the food lacks enough seasoning but the char on the meats is still pretty good and prices are reasonable for the times. Stopped by to get some lunch. Upon entering, you are quickly stopped because they fashion a barrier out of chairs. You can only place togo orders. The person who took my order was nice and cordial. I ordered the Spam Musubi and Green Tea Smoothie. I was able to pay with Apple Pay. The musubi tasted good; however, I would have liked the spam better if it was thicker. The Green Tea Smoothie hit the spot on this very warm day. It was creamy and tasted good.
The food is great. I ordered the chicken combo for $11.58. The meal was ample enough for 2 people. Today, no apple pay and only cash. Also, no eating inside, only take-out! None of these bothered me because I had planned to take-out and had cash on hand.Food: 5/5

Great service, great food, clean bathroom!!! We definitely order from here again. The foods are fresh to order or parties as well... Parking can be tough but it's worth it..
The malasadas was raw on the inside. Not edible. Threw it away. No refund given ? Like I am supposed to accept the quality of their food regardless.
They have one thing I really love here, and that's there Volcano Chicken. Way better than any other chicken katsu I've had. Must try.
The food was decent, however, I hope the person behind the counter was just having a bad day because she was rude and snappy.
