Die gut bürgerliche Küche auf der Alp Siez kann ich empfehlen. Das Ambiente vor allem im gedeckten Gartenrestaurant ist prima. Das Glockengeläute der Kühe und Rinder klingt älplerisch. Der Wirt und Koch Ueli Forrer ist seit Jahren der Gastgeber.Im Sommer ist er auf dieser Alp und im Winter am Pizol.
