Alpenhotel ... Fall in Love Restaurant

We were there for our first dinner for our winter trip. It was a pre-booked thing but ended up with very unpleasant experience. It seemed there's only one waitress running the whole restaurant. There's discrepancy on the orders but not sure why it took so...long to resolve, and our leader need to follow up many times for the orders. We waited more than one hour for the food and when the food served, it was just a very simple noodle with tomato sauce with minimum ingredients, and the portions were miserably small. It's the worst restaurant for us for this trip in-terms of service and food standard, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומזינה ומבחר מנות ענק. הכול מסודר לפי הנושא: חדר מיצים ותהי , שולחן לחמים ודגני בוקר,פינת גבינות גורמה. כול יום סלמון ובשרים נהדרים. בערב ארוחה על בסיס חצי פנסיון ממש הייתה הפתעה נעימה. זה היה שילוב של מזנון עם הגשת מנות פתיחה, שנייה ועיקרית,כאשר אותם היה צריך לבחור בארוחת בוקר. שולחן ארוך בטוב טעם ומלצרים מנושים ונעימים. בערב מוזיקת רקע שקטה ואלגנטית ביצוע נגנים.

We fancied a night out from our hotel and were interested in a fondue but not many restaurants seem to offer this. However the Alpenhotel obliged. Our waiter went out of his way to make everything right and if anything we had too much steak...and chicken! Great way to end our holiday. Reserva una mesa ahora

had a menu with wonderful sparing cream soup, gorgeous pork fillet iberico, and scampisalat. eating was prepared with a lot of cooking ideas, service was very nice and attentive, a round thing. the rooms of the hotel very nice and a sauna area where you can feel comfortable.

Lovely restaurant food good, we only saw one member of staff serving in restaurant but to be fair it was quiet. Little pricey but again we are in centre of resort. Great place to sit and have drinks at the bar.

There was a set menu each evening....the Gala evening was the best. There was a choice each evening of appetizer, palate cleanser, main dish and dessert. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

We enjoyed the amenities and location of the hotel but the staff made it. The bar staff was friendly (Jose) and we enjoyed breakfast every morning. Would recommend.

very good food as menu, very nice, friendly and not superb staff in the restaurant as well as in the whole hotel! that has tiroler charm from the finest!
