Alpine Deli Pork Store

This establishment......is stuck in the......70s? And that's how I like it. Charming wood paneling. German grocery section grab some great chocolate at Christmas time.Also there is herring. I'm a big herring guy so it's nice to buy something home made every once and again.The standout is the sandwich. Freikadellan, Sausage and peppers. You name it, the special is what I order.Next time I'm getting some potato salad.

We drove quite a distance to get here. It was well worth it. The German husband and wife team were adorable. The prices were good and we spent over $140. Everything we ordered was very authentic and tastefully fresh. Try the German potato salad. It's fabulous.

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese. Expected the standard bulk breakfast patty. Instead I got some fantastic link sausage that, if this place was near my home, would make it my everyday breakfast stop, without a doubt.

Will drive 30 miles to go here for lunch or pickup food. German specialized foods, cookies, chocolates, and desserts. Also good selection of cold cuts. Wednesday is the steak sandwich special, highly recommend Reserva una mesa ahora

Wonderful German comfort food. When we were here for the first time, we were at Skyland Manor Castle. Now we drive 40 miles to keep on their wonderful delicacies.
