We have a variety of dishes about takeout. It was nice to try something else. The portion sizes are large and can easily share with two people. The sausages with potatoes covered with engraving were delish. The desserts are also very tasty and a hit with the children. If you are in the area and want to try German food or something else, give them an attempt.

This is the best German food in TX! This was our first time here and Lexie was very patient and informative. We started with the fried brie plate with ham. Then we split the jägerschnitzel and the cordon blue schnitzel. Everything was delicious. We ended with the Alpine delight. Chocolatey and delicious. We will be back!

The service was great! The restaurant seemed pretty busy, but our food didn't last as long as I would assume. The mushroom soup was amazing! The best chicken Jager carved I ever had! The Räuber-Gulasch was perfect! Absolutely loved the whole experience, including able to dinate in a beautiful historical building

German food has taste. These places prove that. Can't say good enough. Great service, the crew was lovely and helpful as we decided to eat. Don't even have a lot of German, but I'll be from here. Only cannot go wrong from appetizer, main course to dessert. A must go with your family while in New Braunfels.

It was absolutely delicious. Huge Texas portions. Better get hungry. I like her wine or beer pairing suggestions on the menu. Service was very friendly and attentive. We're definitely coming back.
