Alpine Social - Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise

Poor service, waited 20 minutes until even seeing a server, server very disorganized and inefficient. Poor menu selection, and menu differed from what was advertised on line. unable to order what was preferred due to allergy on the limited menu, serving stating all sandwiches were made in the morning therefore could not be changed to accommodate the allergy. Who makes a hot sandwich in the morning and serves it for dinner!!?? Substitute order was hamburger, forgot the condiments, hamburger was cold on arrival, and very dry. Second meal was cold also. “ Live” music was atrocious, loud and off tune. Everything totally sub par. I have never ever had to provide such a poor review of a restaurant...

We were here on a rainy day so the hotel was super crowded. We were told about this restaurant at the Lakeview Lounge as they said there would be a 30 min. wait there. Upon arrival we were seated immediately and our waitress was very friendly. We had a burger and chicken Caesar salad and both were delicious. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they sat us in the back corner where there were no windows because we were not hotel guests.

Stopped in at Alpine Social after a day trip to the Columbia Icefields. Choose to go to Alpine Social since it doesn't need a reservation from hotel guests, may need if not at hotel since area is so busy with Canada 150. Food was good, if a bit slow. Service was friendly though

Came here after a canoe session out at Lake LouiseWe were seated quickly and the place was way less busy compared to Fairmont's restaurant upstairs.

My husband and I discovered this place after a long day of hiking, and we LOVED it! The view from the patio is to die for.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Great beer selection NE IPA was tasty. Food was amazing and Christina was delightful.
