Alquimia - Reservar una mesa

While having a short beach holiday, I wanted to visit Gandia centrum for a few hours with my family. We came across Alquimia restraurant at lunch time here (around 3 o 'clock and the place appealed us all, so we decided to give it a try. Our lunch was simply perfect with a Michelin-esque atmosphere, service, quality, and a McDonald 's-esque check to pay in the end. Two days later, we went to Gandia again just to have lunch at Alquimia. I though that the menu would stay the same, but there were new items in the menu, at least as delicious as the ones they replaced. When I doubted which wine to order (just a glass! , they even gave me a tasting of the ones I was interested in. Both times we ended up paying less than 50 Euros for the three of us! Simply an amazing place. I could not recommend more.

Modern, clean, welcoming, good staff, good short menu with a fine range of Spanish dishes, served with care. The dishes are meticulous and quite refined takes on traditional tapas and rice based cuisine. The meat and fish were both cooked well (and the tartares not at all!

Fuimos a cenar y estaba todo muy bueno, el servicio es rápido , muy amable. Y la torrija de postre la mejor que he comido .

El restaurante muy bonito, decorado con mucho gusto. Nos han atendido muy amablemente. Y la comida, riquisima!
