Alte Durlacher Brauerei "Zum Genter"

We came here for dinner on a Sunday, 5:30pm, so to be home on time to put our two-year old to bed. Few tables were there when we arrive and the place got busier and busier. After one hour and tables around us having received their food already, we were still waiting for ours. To then find out that they forgot to pass our order to the kitchen. Without any “sorry”, anything we can get your hungry kid, they passed on the information as if it was our own fault. Never ever will I go back there, such unfriendly and unprofessional staff!

If you want to get back to normal and dedicate, I would like to propose the “Alte Durlacher Brauerei” in the Ochsentorstr. 18. Remember the old Franconian gastronomy. In autumn wild roast.

Good typical regional food, the schnitzel is one of the best in Karlsruhe. Good environment and atmosphere. Prices a bit high, but ok for quality of food offered.

Beautiful environment, fast and friendly service, great food, WLAN would be quite a bit cut out to definitely visit again
