Alte Kunst Weinkeller und Cafe

After a beautiful walk from Wupper-Brücke to Schloß Burg in Solingen we were willing to have a little bite. At first we sow a Restaurant in a corner which was pretty full and look a bit “standard” and next to it we found this very cozy and cute wine cellar. We thought at first that they were selling only wines, but then we found out that they were offering a small menu to have along with your wine, coffee or soft drink. What a finding this place! It is to recommend. We had an omelet, Flammkuchen and a panini …all delicious and freshly done. The bread served along was freshly backed and crispy. So yummy! We noticed that the assortment of wines was excellent, and the place inside was very cozy and felt like being in my own livingroom. The service was attentive, friendly and fast. Food: Delicious and fresh. Location: Perfectly reachable with parking options. Totally to recommend.

the "old art" lies below schloss burg in the still quite slept Unterburg.You should not be shy away, because you can find a cozy and rustic vaulted wine cellar with a large selection of weeping and - with beautiful weather - a rustically decorated "beer" garden. The same goes on and the contact with the underburgers is also quickly made. I can't judge the above caffe yet, because I wasn't there yet.But if we're being retrieved.However, the opening times must be taken into account!

a super nice new cover in the slept part castle.We were at the breakfast there and enjoyed it very much.Leckere selection, best rolls, and three ice not to forget!from now we come more often.Especially nice is that you can go from the breakfast right to the wine card and so can also spend a rain Sunday in burg.

original, unusual locality in the otherwise somewhat sleepy Unterburg. In the rustic wine cellar there is a wine tasting, good weep nothing in the way.The wines I tasted had a good,to very good value for money.Also the cafe makes a nice impression and is located above the wine cellar
