as an Australian, I was quite appalled to see kangaro on the menu. if there were other possibilities, I would not have eaten here on the captain, but it was the Easter weekend and it was hard to eat somewhere. I contradict kangaro. meat as they are shot in the wild with little consideration for animal welfare, especially for the joeys (babies) who have swept their skull, or they will starve. it is an unanimity meat due to the natural filling of parasites and is also exposed to the elements hanging from the back of a lkw. The Alte post is an average tavern servicing German food, Italian pizza and pasta. It is located on the main market square of Waldshut towards the middle. During the summer they have outdoor seating in the courtyard. The interior feels some what outdated. The service...is below average. We tried the pork with mushsrooms, the Prosciutto pizza and the di Parma pizza. The Prosciutto was the most tasty one.
on a hot day we wanted to sit in the shadow and chose this restaurant with tables on the imperial road in the shadow. Good! the service was okay, but not eating. I had an Insalata-Mutta-Oma, which proved to be a small part of the mixed salate. no brot. 7.50Euro! my man had a special salad with fish for 14 euro. the same species of salat, with a few bites of fish. absolutely overpriced.
