already after the first two minutes of arrival, we noticed that the service is not of a friendly nature in this facility, unfortunately, rather of the unfriendly and decreasing type, which they do not feel as hospitable but as a student that will be an unwanted and false lecture in the gastronomy (there is polpo salat a vegetarian dish according to the wife of the owner it is obvious). the interieur is beautiful and charming when they are so happy to get a place in the original dining room. the salate was fresh and tasty as the Vitello tonato. but we were disappointed by the rösti that was over boiled and not crunchy outer layer. the wine list is decent. the desert list has a large selection...

We stayed here for a short ski and sled weekend. The rooms are realy nicely styled based on the theme. The main bed was a lovely waterbed. The hotel and restaurant are not run down, but taken care off. The food in the restaurant was...was good authentic kitchen with los of flavor and well prepared. Wine card had a wide variety of wines to choose from. Local and others. The staff and owners are very friendly, helpful and pleasent to be around. In total we a nice nights stay and can highly recommend it.

the restaurant is located in the old part of laax and is family owner and managed. the restaurant is not too large and it has a beautiful terrace. good eating, decent portion still quite overpriced (main dishes are all approx. we had pizokel and local dry...meat plate both very tasty, but the dry meat plate is small for its price.

the restaurant is family run and has really well cooked meals. we were two couples and had the bark cubes, fish two away, some salate and the lamb entrecôte. excellent meal all around. and the house made cream brûlée was also wonderful.

really charming place, traditional Swiss furniture and atmosphere. good menu and good value for money. staff very friendly and helpful, speak English so no problem. will be returning
