we were too gassed in this restaurant on Saturday 3 December 2016; and I must say, on the one hand, the services were very friendly and attentive, which is already very important for me.The absolute sense of humility is in any case, however, why we were there; because eating has already been a lot around here on the earth, but I have not even been able to eat in Austria in a 4 star house in such a thorny roast; that the meat was on the spot, tender pink inside, damn big and with real many fried onions, a very tasty sosty and "fresh late zle" my daughter (3,5 lenze) has ordered herself as a fried Austrian a caterschmarren and so much pusssed without complaining, actually she is picky and like...
we were there with 12 people for dinner. the next room was very tasteful and very suitable for us. I liked to have a crust roast, but with pommes. then the waiter told me that you don't order something like that. ups? So I have a bad taste? so I changed brav on carving with pommes. the carving was then huge (although not usual,?) but much too much panned and also dry. the ice to dessert very tasty and beautifully made. the price for everything from my own in order. the taste remains: a waiter should not teach his customers what tastes and what does not. and the carving in future should not pane so fat and less dry. it's fine.
we were late at lunch and were already rejected at 2 locals (no space, about 14 o'clock is closed) - then the "old forge" came in and were received very kindly - immediately pointed to a nice place and also got our food right away, although 3 companies were present at the same time. the great is, there are 5 different spatialities! the food was absolutely ok! so a happy conclusion of a last minute search!
this afternoon I was a business dinner in the forge. the last reviews have animated me to start a trial and I was not disappointed. we had twirl roast: on the point cooked medium, knöpfle and soned from the finest. the friendly service completes my entire impression very positiw. That's exactly how floor-to-ceiling kitchen has to be. I come back and can recommend this restaurant

we were to the lunch table without reservation that was very well visited locally.In the next room to 3. put us on an 8 table (was also the only option) . a very friendly lady in the service. we had the crust roast, cordon bleu with self-made pommes and the cordon bleu from wild with late zle and blue herb. never eaten, sensational! the portions were very large, price
super space. old and new skillfully connected. the menu offers something for every taste. speciality are wild and fish. the staff was very friendly. only minus point that is too perfect: eating was not really hot anymore. I guess there was a lot of things going on, unfortunately, it was too long for the kick. we are coming back
we felt very comfortable with a family dinner there. they were all very well prepared. the service very friendly. the whole process went very flott but still pleasant. found nothing disturbing . felt very comfortable. one can only recommend for a firm and also for a cozy eating. the crew seems to know how to satisfy guests.
were here for the first time and very positiw surprised. the local is very nicely renovated and everything is tip top clean. the food tastes wonderful and the prices are completely o.k.
