Alte Schwimmhalle Am Schloss

The restaurant Alte Schwimmhalle am Schloss is located just below the castle in Plön. In addition to the tables in the indoor swimming pool, there is a large sun garden terrace. Especially the outdoor area with the somewhat terrassed terrain and partly quite loosely distributed wooden tables is very inviting. Inside I found it a little dark, with the dark tables and white tablecloths but still fine. But since the weather was still very nice I was happy that there were a few tables outside. The menu offers Dutch cuisine, the card is not overloaded and there are also a few additional dishes called by the operators in addition to daily changing daily meals. We had reserved, because we were with 12 people on a Friday for dinner. It was well visited and we were surprised how quickly we were served with freshly prepared food. The meat and the fish were tastefully seasoned and the frying potatoes were fried golden yellow. Such tasty roast potatoes aren't really getting anywhere! The service was friendly, humorous and facing. Our whole society made a completely satisfied impression.

Medium kitchen with under average price/performance ratio. Like here, the staff is often not on Zack at all. Apparently again a restaurant that lives only from the beautiful location. Too bad.
