For people with disabilities and if you have large suitcases, it will be difficult: no lift, only stairs, no rooms on the first floor. Unfortunately we had to cancel our room. After we called and wanted to cancel it, the employee was incredibly unfriendly. Whether you understand a situation or not, you can still remain friendly. This is the third time we have been guests at the Winzerhof and so far we have always been very satisfied. The area is beautiful for hiking and unwinding.
