the klingelsack is located within the mainzer old town in a side street of the heavily driven augustinerstraße. the place itself is very small with only about six tables and one bar. it has a cozy atmosphere with lots of wood and a kind of angled device. under the deck hangs the name-giving ring bag. the people who go there are mixed, half students and half other people. we were there to play games. Although it was during the euro 2016, we managed to get a table and had a nice evening. they have a small but good choice of drinks.
