Alverne Lounge - Reserva de mesa

Went to the Alverne for a lovely dinner. It did start off a bit rough with a terrible table that walked out without paying but the staff dealt with it very well considering. After that we got two starters which were both a hit and could not be faulted. Then two of our party had burgers which they remarked where excellent. My wife and I had the mushroom risotto with chicken which was amazing. She remarked it was the best risotto she has ever had and she often orders risottos. Overall a great meal, it wasn't cheap but we got what we paid for and would definatly go back.

Went to a group function. Pre-ordered food. Had a brilliant evening in great company. The patron looked after us well. Parking: Public parking about 2 minutes away. Best fish dish i've had. We stayed in Penzance for a weekend and found this place by chance and managed to book a table. It was an excellent choice. Would definitely go again Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
