In this hotel the staff works side by side, not with each other. For the restaurant area, the hotel is completely oversized when everything is occupied, breakfast must be carried out in several passages. Not even that works because no one has an overview of who goes to dinner. The same for dinner, without reservation, is nothing. This is an absolutely degrading experience when you arrive in the evening and are not delivered. At the top of the reception to try it once in the surrounding restaurants, you can give nothing because they do not seem to serve guests without reservation. In addition, the underground car park is hardly usable for today's popular vehicles, as the seats are too narrow...
Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were really very good, there was nothing lacking.Even the staff was courteous and helpful.The cleanliness of the rooms (2 out of 3 but was very bad, in front of our bed lay thick dust flakes, which were still there after three days, I didn't say anything at the reception because I thought that was so obvious that they were gone, but that was not so, on the day of departure (4th day they were still lying in the bathroom. A travelling couple had ordered separate beds, which was not taken into account, so pull the beds apart themselves, which seems to be something I would not mention here. I can only recommend this house for dinner.

For dinner we had wild from the a la carte map. It tasted really good, but the price was not appropriate.35,90 for the rucksack. The price/performance ratio didn't fit.From the portion we were very disappointed and it wasn't the first time I ordered Wild.

Just discussing. No words for it. It must have been the worst experience in years. After the dinner, we had a drink in the bar. Everybody was smoking here, terrible. This a a place you can forget about if you're looking for quality.

Very nice hotel with huge recovery factor. First-class food, good wines and a beautiful, though small spa area. Very nice staff! Come back!
