A friend and I wanted a soft drink at the outside kiosk. There was an elaborate queueing system. I stood at the cash desk while the portly German man serving behind it ignored me. I went to the other side, where I read 'Order at...the cash desk '. Because I then returned 'in ' on the 'out ' way, the portly German man behind the cash desk told me off in no uncertain terms for using the incorrect access. There was no-one else about, so I was not jumping the queue. His colleague repeated that I had gone 'in ' on the 'out ' way. I made a remark to the effect that I should have realised we were in Germany, to which the portly German man responded that in Germany matters were done correctly. I did...

caught the cable car at a very hot summer afternoon to see the monument. so it was a relief to be able to sit under the huge sunshades to chill and dessert. I had the scresin forest cup (which consists of in schnapps inlaid cherry, cherry, chocolate, ice and cream) and my wife had tiramisu. we had tassen hot chocolate. the waiter languages fluent English. I actually thought our waiter was American, but he turned out to be German and was moderator of one of the children's shows on nickelodeon. I should have asked for his autograph! Anyway, the deserts were extraordinary. the toilets were clean and were supervised by a cleansing power - there was an honesty court for their 50-cent payment. and...

we sit here and are thrilled by friendly service, delicious food and a breathtaking view. this newly renovated tourist attraction also has a brand new team. the prices are very reasonable, but remember that it is the second most visited attraction in Germany, not its ice cream in the neighbourhood.

I would not recommend this place as the staff lack basic manners to talk to their customers and especially females. I would not recommend this hotel, as the basic people are missing to talk to their customers and especially with women. this place embodies a tourist trap, because there is nothing else at the same place. eating was quite below average and I wouldn't visit it again.

if they have the opportunity to eat here in rüdesheim, this is an excellent atmosphere with excellent eating and an incredible panorama. professional service ... mastery kitchen. I recommend the restaurant from the bottom. "I'll come back"

it is already a past that we have visited the low forest and this restaurant is new and looks as if it has a great view of the river below. coffee costs 3 € with 3 € pand and many people who do not speak German get 6 € for the coffee.

after a visit of the monument and a forest walk past here, very hot, so I ordered 2 animals that cost almost 14 euro. beautiful, but I felt costly, as a caffe that we visited yesterday at the Rhine has calculated less than half? Reserva una mesa ahora

we were here for a coffee and a beer, a beautiful view area and everything was clean and tidy. we drove with the cable car to get here what was worth the trip.
