Overhyped bakery. Very disappointed and wont be coming back. I know this bakery since they opened up and they had their ups and downs just like any other business. But when you purchase same cake in the past 2 months and it tastes every time different makes you wonder if they even follow any recipes. Bough 1 “pistachio delight” in the beginning of October and that cake was enjoyed by everyone, we finished it within one hour. The mousse tasted like pistachios and it had grinded pistachios in it and some sprinkled on the side of the cake, the cake had a very thick layer of cherry jam/or syrup and whole cherries in it. You could taste that the whole cake’s dough was soaked in it and it was very...

Just ok. The baguette I got was burnt and quite hard. It's $4.50 and for that price (again, just a very plain baguette), it should be perfection. The service was what bugged me though. It was a long line of about 10 people to pay. They have one register on the left side and line up customer items in order. A cashier came from the other side (right) and took an item from the end and called that customer over to pay. But that was the last person behind 5 other people! When it was finally my turn and the man had long left, I let the cashier know very nicely they need to on the order of guest payments. She barely acknowledged it. Won't be back for burnt food and bad, lackluster service as well a...

We've finally managed to get to the location when they had the pistachio croissants fresh and in stock. There was a lot of hype around the product from social media so we decided to give it a try. It's honestly very good. Admittedly, I wasn't prepared for the amount of custard filling in the croissant as it's quite a lot and very filling. If you're going to be eating one, do have it with a lighter coffee. There were other flavors available such as: Mango, Honey, and one more that I do not seem to recall.Aside from the croissants, we have been coming to the bakery for almost 20 years before they had the remodel, rebranding, and expanding their assortment. The products have always been fantastic...

Omgoodness!!!! This is a definite gem we stumbled upon!!! The croissants are luscious with different flavors and fillings. The artisan cakes were a both beyond my price range (as were the $8.50 Honore pastries but the cakes were 6c that price) but looked impeccably crafted. A lovely customer realizing it was our first time took us on a tour of her favourite wares. The brioches were my favourite. It really brought me back to Amiens and Rouen, France… the brioches and croissants were that authentic. These guys would get a 5 from me but their prices drop them down a star. Everyone should be able to experience this patisserie, not just those who can afford it.

This was my first time coming to a classy bakery or pastry place, which had a huge variety of pastries, croissants macaroons, and also different types of bread, I have never seen a place like this anywhere in the GTA which is this affordable and also is very delicious at the same time. My only issue would be that they don’t have any seating other than a few side tables. I wish they would have at least a few tables in the middle which people can sit down and try their delicious pastries yet if you are taking it out or giving it to somebody, I would definitely recommend coming here.

Excellent baked goods. Expensive.I like their relatively new baked breads loaf cakes area. Although their breads are very good, they are over baked most of the time (imo). I think they will taste better if Amadeus will reduce time breads are baked.Seated area is very limited and they lack washrooms for customers, no sinks available to wash hands (sanitizer is available for free). Overall I recommend trying Amadeus for take out, whether you have a sweet tooth or prefer the limited savory goods.I give them 4.5 stars

Note: Seating is very limited.Passion Fruit Mango Croissant: citrusy and fruity and very refreshingSt Honore: candy shell is quite thin, filled with custardChocolate Snail: mild dark chocolate flavourChaussons aux Pommes: apple jam filled pastryMille Feuille: taste is comparable to ones in Montreal

The cakes are always amazing but they really need to work on their writing. They spelled Birthday wrong on my mom 's birthday cake and the handwriting tbh sucks. The cake makes up for it but still...
