Alright ! I can no longer rate my order so I'm leaving the review here. I ordered online and wanted to write my phone number and added a number. I received an email asking to note the delivery etc. So I put a bad rating saying that I could not evaluate it because I had not had an order (had to pay) hoping that they would contact me again. Ps: I haven't had any feedback yet and I hope the team won't hold this against me. I called directly, where the gentleman explained to me that I had made a mistake and that unfortunately the delivery man was dispatched. I apologized for this mistake and explained why I had not paid attention to the telephone number. I had time to go downstairs and wait 1 mi...
I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. The staff is very pleasant whether on site or by telephone. There aren't many people there. The pizzas are served hot. Takeaway varies a little. They're usually pretty quick to arrive and if the pizza gets cold it's annoying but I don't think there's much they can do about it. Microwaving it for a moment (preferably separating the parts so that it fits : does not make it lose its taste. There is great diversity in the menus. I was skeptical before going there because of the reviews on Google maps but don't be fooled. People probably expect a big Italian restaurant but Dominos Pizza remains a fast food restaurant like Burger King or McDona...
