The superior was very friendly, but alone and overwhelmed. In the complete menu there is no only vegetarian start or main meal. Vegetarians therefore have to compile their menu themselves from supplements. When I noticed politely that the sauce was a bit salted, the boss (and at the same time chef) reacted with a snippy “if they mean”. After a fat bill and a juicy tip, the boss said, “Do they want a schnapps against the many salt?” What could have been considered a nice apology was more likely to be an insulted side blow.

The host stops in April and retires. At the moment there is a farewell menu and the restaurant is fully booked. The decor is very nice everything is clean. The tables are covered. The food came relatively fast and was of very good quality. What really bothers me is the open kitchen. The smells are distributed throughout the restaurant and the sounds from the kitchen are disturbing. The host seemed very stressed and tense, no smile was visible. The service was very friendly and also very stressed.
This Restaurant is amazing. If you are in this region and you like fine dining...this is your place!! Not too stuffy ... very romantic and ideal for a special occasion. I have been there many times and this is definitely not a family Restaurant. But if you are looking to have a sophisticated dining experience with someone special or a business dinner...this is perfect!
