The food was fresh and delicious and really healthy. We are vegan, gluten-free, soya free and corn free and were happy that we could choose everything on the menu! The owner Rich was also super friendly. I wish we live closer

We got the Hearbeet Hummus Salad and the Zoodle/carrot Pasta and Brrgrr Balls. Both were excellent. It's currently take-out only but that was fine. Nice time I'll try the chicken salad and a smoothie!

fresh eating with a lot of taste, a good opportunity to introduce someone less familiar to “red” style dishes. perfect for health conscious, but still very hungry.

my man and I had and enjoyed the ones you call a chicken sluice. it came with grapes and a small salate.
