Best in METUCHEN! Amboy has changed hands, and the new owner has replaced his judgment for Steve 's. Read this review know that it can no longer apply: Surprise! Usually the worst muffins and pastries are at the corner deli. I would buy NIE a chocolate croissant or cherry sales at a local deli. You're terrible, but not in Amboy Deli. Apparently Steve makes his own pastries, and they're better than any place in town. It's amazing what happens to fresh baked goods in Metuchen. Either no one has any idea that some of us know good bread, muffins and pastries, or they buy the cheapest Pap available. I've always enjoyed my experiences at this restaurant, whether I ordered delivery or visited in person. The delivery drivers are always incredibly friendly and go out of their way to ensure convenience. The food is a bit pricey, but truly excellent. The interior is quite spacious, and they offer a large variety of chips and drinks. The menu is impressive as well. I honestly don't understand why there are no longer any reviews on Google.

Delicious food at fantastic prices! No matter what you choose from the menu, everything is excellent. There’s something for everyone here. The staff is very friendly and the food is top-notch!

Love this place! I've only had their breakfast, and its great! Friendly staff and good coffee. I go as often as I can.

They make the best breakfast. Make sure you get the home fries with onions and peppers oh my goodness delicious.
