The restaurants open on Sunday are not so many in Tarbes. A good occasion today to have lunch in the 'Ambroisie' that we only knew of (good) reputation. Nice environment, quiet room. The service is assured with attention and kindness on a adapted rhythm: it's Sunday. Very nice kitchen to watch and taste. We have chosen a formula with agreement of dishes and wines: the sommelier makes us share some good ideas, while twisting the neck to some ideas received. Bravo. The first time and delighted, everything is subtle and harmonious I'm pretty difficult and there's all that was sublime that we'll come back without worry and of course we recommend the very nice service there waitress is adorable
