The restaurant serves a generously sized shrimp dish, and I would recommend paying the extra $1 to have them served without the shells. Additionally, I suggest ordering extra potatoes and sausages to add to the meal, which is suitable for two people with average appetites. The garlic butter sauce has a strong garlic flavor, which I personally enjoy. The dish is mildly spicy, with a subtle heat that gradually increases over time, so be aware if you are sensitive to spicy foods.
Makes a very great shrimp boil, suggest pay the extra $1 to be shell less [else you will have very messy hands]. Buy Add in extra potato and also sausage [specify to add both to boil] and is a meal for 2 people who have regular portion appetites.Garlic butter is alot of garlic, but that's how I personally like it.Mild spice has a light kick that slowly builds over time, jyst fyi for those of you more spice heat sensitive.
This restaurant is an excellent choice for vegetarians as well. I ordered the 100% vegetarian TSO combo made from soy, paired with vegetable fried rice. The portion was impressive for such a reasonable price, and it even included a can of soda. The ambiance of the restaurant is also quite pleasant. They offer a wide variety of vegetarian, seafood, and chicken dishes. Definitely worth a visit!
If you're in the mood for a boil bag, then sure, give it a try—it's the only decent option they have! Unfortunately, the rest of the menu is truly disappointing. The overall atmosphere isn't great either. In my opinion, they really should consider shutting down. If I wanted Chinese food, I would have just gone to Yummy Yummy next door! The owners of this restaurant are consistently friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the seafood dishes are always fresh and delicious. The level of spice is perfect and the portion sizes are just right. I have been a customer for a year and plan to continue patronizing this establishment.
This restaurant is a total scam! Save your money… when they say a pound, they really mean half a pound. I ordered a pound of crawfish and ended up with just 6 crawfish, 5 potatoes, and 2 corns.
The food is decent, but the portions are small for the price. The service is minimal at best. However, it's a plus that you don't have to pay a tip.
