When I asked if I could have all flats for my wings, she said no. I then inquired about a half-and-half order, and she responded in a dismissive tone, saying she didn’t know how they would come out. Feeling frustrated, I asked to speak to the manager. He confirmed that he would accommodate the half-and-half request, but then handed me back to the same rude employee to take my order.

The food here is good, but the staff's attitudes are quite disappointing. I often have a frustrating experience when I call to place my order, which is unfortunate. It seems to be the same person each time—a short woman with light skin—and her demeanor leaves much to be desired. It's hard to understand why someone would treat customers poorly when they chose to work in this business. The quality of the food simply doesn't make up for the unpleasant interactions, which is why I rarely eat here. If staff members recognized that customers have a choice about where to spend their money, they might adopt a more humble approach.
The customer service got a lot better than what I remember food could have been better service was bad in the day and food was better now service is better and food is decent I use to always order the Thai chilli wings but this time there were a little too soggy but the lemon pepper wings were so good definitely would be ordering those again, also the fries were not that good at all especially for an extra charge they should be better than that.
Walked in both workers didn’t bother to greet me or lift their heads up from being on they’re cellphones. First and last visit. I didn’t see what fish options were available yes they were listed off to my left, however I was looking up straight ahead. Female employee was a little snarky with her reply as she pointed to what they had fish wise. I walked out! No need to spend money with any type of lousy attitudes. Meal type: Dinner

The store can use upgraded, the customer service is terrible, the young lady slim long hair, is very unprofessional and actually rude, she’s need to more friendly and provide more details concerning the menu in stead of being rude when u ask a question,, great customer service will definitely get u more business.. the food is great but with poor customer service people will eventually go else where, Meal type: Dinner
The wings were tasty, but the customer service from the Black woman at the front counter was very disappointing. She had a negative attitude when taking our order and even rolled her eyes and stared at us. I don't believe she should be working at the front counter or in this establishment at all. I really hope she's not the owner. This will be my first and last visit here.
In my opinion, they have the best wings out. They have over 20 flavors of wings. Along with sandwiches, salads,fish,and other platers. I swear by the wings you won't be disappointed. The only thing is that they don't deliver, and they don't use a delivery app either. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
