CHRISTINA, and SERGIO are the most unprofessional employees I?ve met. After being served **** chicken, Christina informed me that I could have my meal replaced my name was posted on the board. Considering the circumstances, Christina reassured me that I would not have to return the food, thus I threw it away. Today, after attempting to receive my replacement, I was told by Christina that they wouldn?t be replacing my meal. For 30 minutes, these individuals ignored me as I waited to receive my replacement they finally had the older Africa American woman tell me to come back Friday (ON CHRISTMAS), to speak to the owner, who they ?can?t? release their name. This is the worst establishment i?ve ever been in. I called at exactly 9:32 they say they?re not taking call in orders and that they?re closed already. i call the same place at 9:44 and they say no call ins but if i come in before 10 i can order. as soon as i get here 6 minutes later i park and they turn the lights off and say they haven?t answered the phone and they only have wings for online orders?. wish i could give zero stars? now i?ve come past all the food places to get here and get nothing? none of their ?call ins? or ?online orders? even came? they just wanted to close early i assume because as soon as i walked out the door the cashier left.

I got the Philly cheesesteak meal w fries; no modifications. I never ate such a flavorless Philly in my life. Maybe they?re having a bad day, but it wasn?t so busy with one cook watching another who prepared my sandwich. The crinkle fries were light and crunchy to perfection. The cherry Fanta soda was bubbly and fruity ?. The staff including the female cashier was professional and delightful. I?ll definitely give them another chance with hopes this feedback is taken seriously. Thanks for your service and good luck.

As a regular customer who frequently dines at American Deli, I expect to be treated with respect. I've never had an issue when Ashley is at the register, and I believe new staff should learn to value customer service. If I have to deal with Shay again, I’d rather wait for another cashier or choose a different location altogether. I suggest that the manager or owner speak with their cashiers about the importance of customer service, as it plays a crucial role in the dining experience. Reserva una mesa ahora

Best success! The wings were super fresh and delicious. Compared to all fast food restaurants, they seemed the best wings in atl. They also shake me with Fritten and I only bought one comb meal! Staff were friendly and my order was incredibly warm and delicious delievered. Always on the point!

I hadn't visited for a while and now they have boneless wings. Nothing beats the bone-in wings, but they were good.

The wings were good but small. The staff seemed rushed. Some of the customers are rude.
