I was truly impressed by how well the food reheated the next day; it's outstanding! I’m not a fan of microwaving—I prefer using the stovetop or oven—and the food tastes just as delicious as it did when I first had it. The staff, from the cashiers to the cooks, is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though I have three American Deli locations closer to my home, I'd gladly make the extra drive to come to this place!
I've been a frequent customer at this location, but that's coming to an end. The primary reason for my decision is the cashier, who is exceedingly rude and lacks respect for customers. With such an attitude, it will be difficult for her to succeed in the long run. I genuinely hope she learns to be more humble. I still wish her the best, though.
I'm puzzled by the comments about the cashier being rude. That young woman has always been exceptionally polite! It appears that some entitled customers expect to act however they please and believe others should simply put up with it, but that's not how it works in real life! Moreover, the food here is amazing and reasonably priced.

American Deli offers the best dining experience with an outstanding chef who perfectly prepares your wings just how you like them—soft and delicious. The restaurant is clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Their menu features a great variety of options that truly satisfy.
I ordered the garlic parm wings, but they didn’t taste like garlic or Parmesan at all, and they were soggy. I’ve never had garlic parm wings like this before. The flavor was very odd, and we couldn’t even identify what it was supposed to be. I wouldn’t recommend them.
The wings were huge but tasted awful, and the shrimp fried rice seemed burnt. I usually go to the American Deli on Shallowford, and I should have gone there today instead of this location. Definitely not coming back. Smh. Reserva una mesa ahora
