This is an experience not a shopping trip. It is a world class tourist destination in fact! The displays are incredible, the staff is engaged, knowledgeable and helpful, and we have spent hours here without getting bored. Honestly I think we could spend all day. The bistro is incredible and they offer events. My daughter took a hair styling class, which was very reasonably priced and small class sizes, plus she got adorable things to take home including a salon apron and stylist belt, a brush, and an adorable pretend acrylic balloon. My daughter 10th birthday was ruin. The party was scheduled for March 12, 2022 at 3:15 . We arrived at the store at 2pm early with the girls . We took pictures and I bought 3 dolls. The store ran out of food . After two hours and multiple changes tofood order because they did not have it. After 2 hours of waiting we never got our food and was given a partially frozenbirthday cake with no ice cream . The cake icing came completely off the cake when cutting into it because it was still somewhat frozen. My sister had to light the cake because server didn?t have a lighter that work. Beautiful Doll, Same Name as my Daughter I purchased this doll not only because it is the first Chinese-American Girl of the Year, but also because she has the same name as my daughter! She was so excited to see a doll that looks like her at the store and even shares the same name! Thank you American Girl for representing Asian-Americans especially in this current social climate. Positive representation and inclusion of Asian-Americans is so important. Our Chinese-American family appreciates this very much, and my Corinne loves her new beautiful doll! Best toy purchase we have ever made. Will purchase more from American Girl in the future.
Glam-ma and Bad-Pa took their eldest daughter, Kaitlyn, to American Doll for her 6th birthday. I couldn't tell who was more excited, Glam-ma or Kaitlyn! I had arranged a birthday dinner, a hairstyling session, and a tea party for them. While I confirmed our reservations, Glam-ma and Kaitlyn ended up with $245 in their bag. The lunch was fantastic, the hairstyling was incredible, and the tea party provided a lovely conclusion to a wonderful day.

I was pleasantly surprised by how great it was! The AG Cafe truly stole the show during our trip. My daughter couldn't stop giggling the whole time. The store was well-stocked, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely return for her birthday!
It was a beautiful store with lots of experiences. My daughter was looking for a particular doll that was on backorder. They were able to have it shipped right to our house quicker than anticipated thanks to the salesperson. She was super helpful!
Took my daughter to this for their birthday and had a wonderful! They didn't have dolls at first so they used the dinner dolls they had! It was such a fun experience! Enjoyed lunch with them and I also had a mimosa which was good!
My daughter had two parties in this place! We love coming from Virginia Beach! The place is so sweet! Everyone is especially friendly and helpful! The bistro service is also great.
