Second time there. First visit a few years ago, everything was excellent. This time, not so much. Was greeted immediately as I walked in by 2 servers behind counter. Both girls very friendly and welcoming. Wanted to try St.Louis ribs and brisket this time so I asked a few questions and ordered the combo with 2 sides, baked beans and Cole slaw. Food came out very quick, less than 10 minutes. Looked good on arrival. But as I looked closer, the ribs were from the short end and were very small, brisket was dried out looking. that is the owner who responded to the review of my wife. first of all, the two laminated menus were made of plastic that we read when they approached us? the waitress brought us already plated and cute. Every word that they replied to my wife was a blatant lie. Only God knows that we speak truth. karma will finally prevail for her lying, and when we first arrived, a waitress came out of the back door and my wife asked her if we had to wait to sit. she said we could sit somewhere among us. the pavillon or on one of the picnic tables on the side of the pavillon. so we sat and finally your 22 ft is a complete lie. the picnic table was right next to her pavillon. they wouldn't allow us to stay...
At first the staff was very friendly, and the service was fast. When we went through the door, I felt welcome by the waitresses. Second, the food is fantastic. I had the Cadillac who was a Brisket/Burger mix on a bungalow, and it was delicious! The homemade barbeque sauce selection is also very impressive. Finally, I love the American theme decorations they have throughout the restaurant. It's not overwhelming, but it definitely reminds you that you're in the American Grill.
Have you ever had a burger so good it made you tear up? I can say yes to that question now. Cadillac burger with bacon add on was amazing! Fries were phenomenal. Even the side salad I got was on point, super fresh with great apple cider vinaigrette dressing. Salted Caramel skillet cookie with vanilla ice cream was sooo great. It is super clean with very friendly and fantastic wait staff. Love the Americana decor as we are a military family. Will be back again and again!!

This was only my second visit, and I really enjoyed the food and the excellent service. My only issue was that I ordered my burger medium, but it arrived well done. However, everything was served hot, fresh, and flavorful. The staff was genuinely friendly, prompt with refills, and they didn't rush us out, which I appreciated.

First time here. Service is fast and very friendly. Had the brisket plate with bbq beans. Loved it. Tried the bbq sauces. American sweet and American hot were my favorites. Finished with the strawberry shortcake. Surely coming back!
Hands down the best ribs I’ve had from anywhere ever.!! Half rack would have been plenty but I don’t regret eating the 2nd half ? will deff be back.! Everything was 10/10
