So disappointed with their service, ordered the Morcon more than a week ago for Thanksgiving and when we're picking up the order today we were just advised that our order was missing! All they can offer is a refund?? Imagine planning your Thanksgiving menu well in advance and this is what you get?!? So frustrating!!! They shouldn't take pre-orders if they cannot fulfill it!!
Food like kare kare is their best, next on my list is pakbet, bulanglang, dinuguan, kilawin tuna. My go to place when I host house party like birthdays, baby shower, graduation and holidays. Staff are courteous but need better way of effectively facilitating their taking food order's delivery. They are slow sometimes chaotic whenever it's lunchtime.
They have great food but service was pretty bad!! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to order food for special events/holidays because they don't deliver! They'll leave you hanging and you'll end up with no food on your table!!

Called 20+ times at various times, no one picks up and the mailbox is full. How is someone suppose to order catering for pickup? Must not need the business

Most food and desserts are filipino. Their small restaurant are full of filipino foods that are very good.
