American Wings Hibachi

The food quality, taste and preparation and customer service has changed for the worse. My family and I used to really love this place. I ordered wings and chicken hibachi. The wings weren’t good and my chicken hibachi was mixed with old and fresh chicken.

Definitely found a roach in my food August 20, 2024. Brought proof back to store and manager refused to give me refund. Overheard clerk on the phone with manager, stating that this was not the first time someone has seen a roach in their food.

I was here last week and the food was so good I decided to write this down lol. The guy with glasses was so kind and friendly and great atmosphere my food was done so quick, i will be coming back I love this place!

I feel bad saying this but it really didn’t taste good. Fries weren’t seasoned and wings were soggy and sauces up. It seemed microwaved. but the Philly was good, but it’s nearly impossible to mess up meat so Reserva una mesa ahora

Don’t order lemon pepper it’s terrible never had sweet lemon pepper wings I asked for crispy and got soggy also fries were under cooked. Not worth your money go somewhere else you’ve been warned!!!
