I typically have good experiences at this restaurant, but today was different. I discovered a hair on my wings, so I called to request a refund. However, they asked me if it was my fault or theirs. Isn't the customer always right? They told me they couldn’t issue a refund and offered a replacement instead, but I live two hours away! The manager claimed it was my fault for not checking all the wings before leaving. When I examined the rest, I found another hair. Then the manager accused me of trying to take advantage of them. Additionally, I noticed that the staff doesn’t wear hair nets or gloves!
I didn’t want to leave a review here and I’ve had good experiences in the past but today it’s different because I have 10-15 of my friends and we wanted wings , I had an advertisement from America’s best wings landmark location and they had an game day speciel for 100 wings for 100$ specific to game day which is Super Bowl and last minute they say “we’re not giving this deal on this day and my friends made our plan according to getFood from here but it’s ruined
My husband and I had lunch here for the first time, and the food was delicious. This location is definitely one of the best and deserves a spot in the top 10. The staff was respectful, and the place was extremely clean. I highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed!
The boneless wings were not what I expected. Instead of de-boned wing meat, they resembled overcooked chicken tenders. The flavors were enjoyable, but I really wished I had received those same flavors with actual boneless wings.

It’s honestly unbelievable how good this food is. I got the fried catfish combo yesterday and I may need to go back again today. I’m officially addicted!
The employees here are by far the Best! Always attentive to you, and they have hot lemon pepper!! Which is rare. I love these wingzParking: Everywhere
