Amerisports Grill

Horrible service, very dirty bar counter, and staff was very short and careless. As a bartender myself, I found it appalling how we were treated as customers who had never been there before. When we sat down, we were meeting a couple friends that were already having a couple drinks. There was old nachos sitting in front of my friend that had been there the whole time they’d been there, and then the nachos stayed there for another 5-8ish minutes while we were there. Mind you, we still haven’t been greeted or asked if we’d like a drink. I decided to take it upon myself to clean up mine my boyfriend’s area of the half drank waters, the dirty napkins, the unused to-go box, etc. After doing so, a girl from behind the bar walked over to say “I’m not bartending anymore, but that other girl will help you” and took the trash away…. Then the girl at the end of the bar yelled to the one that spoke to us and said “No, take their drink orders” But the other girl (apparently the only one making drinks) was doing everything except making drinks. I was there to get a drink before a wedding reception and thought we were at a rather nice place, but the staff made me feel the opposite. After getting our drinks, the bartender immediately gave us the check. After my boyfriend put his debit card on the check, ready to pay, we waited (with empty drinks) for another 10 minutes for her to run the card. Thankfully we came to this bar with plenty of time to spare before the wedding reception because it’s very clear they weren’t concerned with how long they made us wait. Pictured: the crumbs I wiped away from myself after they (finally) took away trash the because nobody took the time to clean the bar in our area. Just not the type of experience I was looking for when I was all dressed up for a special occasion.

Food was pretty good, and I would rate this restaurant 5 stars if servers didn't steal stuff. I had accidentally left my sunglasses on the restaurant table. Didn't realize until I was in the parking garage, about to leave. I go back inside and search the table and around the table. Ask the server if he had seen them and he says that there wasn't any sunglasses on the table when he cleared it off. Was acting kind of suspicious and left the conversation very quickly. I recommend keeping a very close eye on your things when servers are around and when eating at this restaurant.

we always stop in amerisports before we lose our money in ameristar. the highlight of our trip is the restaurant. the waiter is always polite and the service is generally very fast. there are times when they can say that they are short-size, but they move even faster and still super friendly. eating is typical chain style we really enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly staff.

Great low key atmosphere. Private booths. Food is great after a drink or two, . The food is always tasty. Bar food, fried, and decked out! Enjoy!!

Food wasn't good. We got ribs and a salad. Salad was wilted. I got ribs before I got my beer. The waitresses did remove the ribs off my bill.
