Ametza - Reservar una mesa

We struggled to find restaurants in Mutriku to eat in the evening. But managed to find this place that did serve evening dinner. We were seated in what seemed like an outdoor setting covered with a tablecloth, it was low down and bit shaky. Every time we asked to move tables were were told each was reserved! Anyway, the food was amazing! We ordered the Merluza and I'm still dreaming about it now. Although a little on the pricey side, definitely recommend the Merluza. Service was very smiley, although never provided an alternative table after we complained about 3 times of the table. Will come back for the fish for sure!

Great setting for both eating and people watching in the square. We enjoyed a late lunch of fresh sea food and a glass of lovely white Rioja served with a smile. The reasonably priced dining experience gave us a real insight into the local cuisine and a feel for life in the village. Overall a very pleasant experience and highly recommended.

It's not posh dining but, it's great food. We ordered the anchovies (freshly caught that morning) and the robadallo a la plancha (grilled turbot), and couldn't have been happier. Generous portions, stunningly fresh fish with great flavour. Very friendly staff.

Lovely local bar/restaurant serving top notch food. Prawn starter was delicious. Hake, monkfish and steak main course was delicious. Quality of food and service was fantastic. Definitely not to be missed!

altamente recomendado. raciones grandes y elaboradas. el pulpo y los Chips en la placa espectacular. el servicio muy atento y agradable.
