Nachdem letzten Freitagabend im Landauer Kino die „Macht“ endlich wieder erwachte, geschah Selbiges mit unserem Hunger im Anschluss an das Sci-Fi-Epos. Wir erinnerten uns an die Empfehlung eines Kollegen und statteten dem Bistro bzw. Ristorante Amici, seit Mai diesen Jahres im Zuge der Landesgartenschau in einem alten Kasernengebäude „Estienne-Foch-Kaserne“ in der Cornichonstraße eröffnet, einen Spontanbesuch ab. In der ehemaligen französischen Garnisonsstadt Landau hat sich im Zuge des Abzuges der Streitkräfte aus dem Nachbarland einiges verändert. Super friendly, attentive service. Also attention is paid to hygiene and distance. The menu is typical Italian for every taste somewhat delicious. The selection of drinks and deserts can also be seen. Also much to do with additional wishes. I had ordered extra milk to the café. The milk was cold. I asked for hot milk. It was immediately replaced. I have hot, foamed milk, no extra charge. Prices are higher, but still ok. I don't find the terrace so cozy to cool. But this is my personal feeling, otherwise the Amici is top!
The Amici is highly recommended! The service is great and our waiter was very friendly and always attentive. They were served at any time without a stressful atmosphere. Even the food was simply dreamed and tasted perfectly. We have eaten too much because it was so delicious: Yes, it is a bit expensive than the standard Italian, but that's worth it! And the view from the outdoor area towards the park creates a little holiday feeling at dinner. Everything in a nice evening.
We had a great evening in Amici, with excellent food and good wine. We can recommend spaghetti with fresh mussels without exception. Above all, many seafood were found in the shell and not as in some locals only for the optics that are in it. The Lord who served us was kind, funny and not intrusive at all. The ambience is very unique. We'll be back soon.

good Italian cuisine. also with pizza. beautiful outdoor terrace in summer. well visited, so book. regional wine selection and lunch card around the offer of parking a bit difficult, but in the evening without parking fees you will find a place in the streets around the restaurant
Wir waren mit Freunden essen, ein wirklich tolles Ambiente. Das Essen war super lecker und die Preise ok. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurde auch auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
High-quality food, fast and attentive service, even though the outer surface was maximally occupied by customers. Something high-priced but for that, everything is really good.
