Amimoto Japanese Restaurants

Visited this place for the first time and called it a hidden jewel is an understatement. The restaurant was small and quiet, adding the ambience that I think a restaurant like this really benefits. The food was delicious and although they were from the wine we wanted, what we got was also very good. Definitely recommend and would certainly come back.

Excellent sushi and a comfortable dining atmosphere. Easily the best place for sushi in Charlotte County. They are a small operation so do not expect the dining experience of Applebee's (which is to your benefit). Relax and enjoy yourself. Each item is individually prepared, not some assembly line.

Love Amimoto! Super fresh and always excellent service. Small dining area and nice and quiet. What a refreshing experiene to be able to have a conversation with the people at your table. Sushi Chef is solo so don't expect fast food, but the wait is worth it!
